Description

For a third of women, the premenstrual period, which begins 1 to 2 weeks before their period, is accompanied by a series of discomforts, which may become very disturbing in intensity.

Tilman Pre-Ms combines two substances of plant origin that contribute to hormonal balance during the premenstrual period: 

Evening primrose oil: Oenothera is called the ‘evening primrose’ because its yellow flowers open at night and close in the morning. The oil that is extracted from its seeds contains gamma linolenic acid (GLA). This is an omega-6 fatty acid that is normally produced in the body from essential fatty acids in the diet. Optimising the transformation of fatty acids into GLA helps to make women feel more comfortable during the premenstrual period.

The essential oil of lavender: obtained by distillation of its flowers, has a recognised calming power. Lavender essential oil acts on the unpleasant sensations characteristic of premenstrual periods, particularly mood swings.

How to use

Adults and children from 12 years: Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening after meals from day 15 to day 28 of the cycle (for 14 days).

If you forget to take a capsule, take two capsules the next time.
