Dosage

Joints and Muscles - Start:

Children 6-12 years: 2 capsules in the morning for 1 month.

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening for 1 month.

Tendons - Start:

Children 6-12 years: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening for 1 week.

Adults and children over 12 years: 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening for 1 month.

Maintenance

Children 6-12 years: 1 capsule in the morning.

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 capsules in the morning.

How to use

It can be taken with or without food.
