Orders are shipped in 1-5* business days with ACS, BOX NOW, AKIS Express,  Pick-up from Pick up Point, as long as all products are available from our suppliers. In the event that any of the products you have ordered is not available, we will contact you via e-mail to arrange the details of its removal/replacement.

Orders are shipped within 1 hour using the FAST DELIVERY-WOLT shipping method. 

*Due to delays from the shipping companies there is a possibility that some orders will be shipped in 7 working days.

**Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Select Box Now as delivery method at check-out. Choose a BoxNow mailbox that suits you. E.g. Close to your home or work and proceed to payment via paypal/debid/credit card. Your package will be delivered to your preferred locker in 24 hours after Box Now will have collected it from our store.

You will then receive a six-digit PIN code via VIBER or SMS. With the PIN you can pick up your parcel from the BoxNow mailbox automatically and 24/7.

Your package will be waiting for you at the BoxNow mailbox for 48 hours. You can extend it for another 24 hours.

In case there isn't any available locker in the BOX NOW mailbox of your choice, your parcel will be delivered to the closest BOX NOW mailbox that is available. An SMS will be sent to you with all the details. 

* You are not given the option of shipping with Box Now in case there are bulky items in your cart, such as diaper multi-packs , strollers, sleeping nests, etc

AKIS EXPRESS:

• AKIS Point: For product purchases over €29, shipping to an Akis Express Point is free.  Akis Door to Point costs 2.40€, for purchases of products that worth less than €29

Parapharmacie Pick-Up Point:

You have the option to pick up your orders free of charge from the partner Pharmacy One by the Sea - M. Kardiakidou (28 October 353, Limassol, 3107, Cyprus) which is an Online Order Pick-Up Point. In this case you may collect them during the opening hours of the pharmacy, after receiving a confirmation from our system,  Orders remain available for pick-up for 10 working days. Minimum order for collection from Pick-Up Point is 15€.

Fast Delivery- Wolt Drive:

The Fast Delivery service provides you with the option to have your order delivered to your place within 1 hour after placing your order..

The service is only available for the Limassol area and only for the products marked "Available for shipment with Fast Delivery"

The cost of the service is €5.90 and orders are delivered via Wolt Drive.

The service is available Monday-Friday 08:30-16:00.

Online payment (by debit / credit card / Paypal) in necessary for the use of this service.

Live order tracking is available via a link send to your e-mail address when choosing Fast Delivey shipping method
