Winter Balm is a combination of essential oils of eucalyptus, cedar, thyme, pine, nutmeg, rosemary, cinnamon and other ingredients in a vegetable oil base. Free from petroleum jelly, camphor and peppermint. These essential oils are traditionally used for topical and external use!
To relieve muscular pain: Spread a small amount of balm in different parts of the body (neck, back, chest) 3- 4 times a day.
To ease breathing: Dilute a spoonful in a pot filled with hot water and inhale the steam for 3- 5 minutes.
