Shake well before use. Can be used pure or diluted in a little water or fruit juice.
- Adults and children from 12 years: 1 tablespoon 3x per day.
- Children 6 to 12 years: 2 teaspoons 3x per day.
- Children 3 to 6 years: 1 teaspoon 3x per day Store in a cool place after opening.
Precautions:
- Not recommended in cases of asthma or allergies to beehive products.
- It is advised not to exceed the recommended daily amount. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet, balanced and healthy lifestyle.
