Description

How to Use

Take 1 tablet about 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water.

Ingredients

  • Niacin (as Niacinamide)100 mg
  • Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl)5 mg
  • Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate)40 mg
  • Melatonin1 mg

Other Ingredients:  Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Vegetarian Coating and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens

Caution

For adults only. May cause drowsiness. Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery following consumption of melatonin.
