Adults and children over 15 years old: 1 tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water preferably after the breakfast.

Special precautions:
It reduces its absorption as follows: Anticoagulants (aspirin), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics (tetracyclines), contraceptives (estrogens) barbiturates.
Ginseng should not be used by people taking insulin, anti-lipids, diuretics, antiarrhythmics, hormonal agents, as well as hypertensive people.
Source of phenylalanine.
