Use

Apply uniformly on the face and neck at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Repeat use frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or wiping. To achieve the sun protection shown by the indicator, you should use 2mg / cm² (about 1/3 teaspoon for the face and neck). Reducing the quantity indicated significantly limits the level of protection. Warning: Reducing the amount indicated will significantly reduce the level of protection. Do not expose yourself to the sun for a long time even if you use sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is a serious threat to health.
