Direction of Use:

  • Can be consumed by adults and children over 12 years of age
  • Swallow a tablet per day with plain glass of water
  • Do not exceed recommended daily consumption unless advised by doctor

Side Effects and Precautions:

  • Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet
  • Overdose with this tablets in not recommended safe
