Each capsule contains: Vitamin C 120mg Biotin 50mg Thiamin (vitamin B1) 50mg Pantothenic Acid 50mg Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 50mg Iron 5mg Niacin (vitamin B3) 50mg Choline Bitartrate 50mg Vitamin B6 50mg Inositol 50mg Folic Acid 50mg PABA 50mg  Vitamin B12 10mg.
