Q.: I am trying to add several pieces of a product to my basket but the website is not letting me. Do I do something wrong?
A.: Our stock is updated daily from our main store so if you receive this stock error message from our system means that the products you added in your cart are the last available at the moment.
Q.: Do I need a credit card to make a purchase?
A.: No, you can choose between 6 payment methods: Cash on delivery, credit card, bank deposit, pickup from store (pay directly on pick up point), paypal, reward points.
Q.: I'm afraid to use my credit card.
A.: If you have a Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners credit card you can safely use it at parapharmacie.com.cy. The credit card payment process is covered by the most up-to-date security specifications and is performed via the secure server of RCB Bank. Specifically for your credit card purchases, we inform you that: During the confirmation of a purchase with credit card payment, you are automatically transferred to the secure environment of RCB Bank, regardless of your card issuer. No information of your card that you type, gets saved not is even known at parapharmacie.com.cy.
Q.: Explain what your shipping costs are.
A.: Shipping costs are the amount of money you are charged for sending your order. For orders within Cyprus that cost 39€ and above, shipping costs are covered by us. For orders below 39€, you are charged with 2.40€.
Q.: What is the Cash On Delivery (COD) cost?
A.: For orders up to 90€, the cost of COD is 1€, while you are not charged from 90€ or above when you choose this payment method.
Q.: When can I come by to get my order?
A.: When all the products of your order are collected, we send you a confirmation e-mail to come by the store of your choice, usually within 1-5 business days. Orders remain available for pickup, 7 business days.
Q.: I want a product that I cannot find on the website / is unavailable.
A.: The website is automatically updated for product availability. So it’s kept updated to avoid any delays* and you get your order faster. If you do not find a product, you can add it on the comments of your order and we will let you know about its availability. Finally, you can also use the "Looking for a Product" form at the bottom of the page to let us know about your request.
Product Returns
Q.: How can I return a product or my entire order?
A.: If you wish to return a product for any reason, you can do so, within 14 days of the date of receipt, as long as it is in the original condition in which you received it, ie the packaging or the product must not be tampered or used. In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, parapharmacie.com.cy has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them. Return shipping costs are borne by you while your money is returned via your bank account with a bank deposit. In this case, you will have to inform us of your bank account information to which the deposit will be made, which takes place when we receive the parcel with the returned items. You can note it in the Declaration Of Withdrawal Form, which is on the back of the receipt you received along with your order. If you return your order to a partner shop of parapharmacie.com.cy, you will need the retail sales receipt and the product must meet the above requirements.
In any case of product return, do not forget to notify the e-shop of your intention (within the 14-day period mentioned above) and to have the Declaration Of Withdrawal Form.
