Massage: Add the essential oil to the carrier oil and mix well. Massage by applying the oil with soft circular movements along the body. 30-35 drops in 100 ml carrier oil. Bath: Fill a tub with warm water. Add in drops of an essential oil and then swirl the water around thoroughly to disperse them. Soak for a minimum of ten minutes. 3-8 drops. Compresses: Fill a bowl with warm water and add the necessary drops of essential oil blended well. Immerse a compress into the water and wring out the excess. Apply to the required area. 3-5 drops. Steam inhalation: Fill a bowl with hot water and add the chosen drops of essential oil. Close your eyes and carefully lean over the bowl. Cover your head and the bowl with a towel and breathe for in for a total of ten minutes. 2-3 drops per bowl of water. Diffuser: Light the candle and place it under the pot. 1-8 drops added to a small amount of water.
